It's...kind of different from person to person and day to day. I think right now in day to day life everyone just goes their own ways -- Inara housewifes, Jaina mechanics, Vincent naps, etc. -- and then during games they all seem to propose what they want to do and just kind of feel out different directions to go until they hit on one that's agreeable. In other words, something very free-form that works out well sometimes and is clunky at others. And then sometimes there's a rare attempt to beat each other up.
