Considerations &c
Right, so. At full power this skill allows Sakura to do things like take down cliff faces and rupture the ground several yards in every direction. Also handy for killing people via liquefying their organs. Obviously she cannot do that here, but getting punched by Sakura will likely result in fractured bones and deep, internal bruising. This also comes with a small boost to her other chakra-related skills (speed, healing, &c), as well as her overall strength, since they're all kind of interconnected skills.
This skill is not always "on"; Sakura can obviously still spar normally or punch people in the head for saying stupid things without causing serious damage.
