but anyway, Sakura thinks Oz is certainly very friendly! Though honestly the constant compliments were making her a little (unsure), mostly because she had a hard time parsing them as sincere. Nobody else has ever said things like that to her, and here this guy she'd just met ten seconds ago was being so complimentary that it was sort of making her uncomfortable :x

But she definitely thinks of him as good. When Turq was paired with Ruby for the Seawitch's game Sakura was like 'well okay tbh I don't really care about Ruby... well no, I guess oz and yukio are there they're good people but ehhhhh...

Likely she will want to talk to him again just so she can get an impression of who he actually is, because right now she just has no idea.

But I see Sion is your dad. He is our mom so that is interesting to me. Why is Sion your dad >:

Sion is Oz's dad because Oz has messed up family issues and I think (??) Sion had been put to Ruby in a deage game where Oz was SUPER STUDIOUS LITTLE KID but then Oz latched onto him later because Sion provided him with a space where he could really be comfortable letting his issues out. He really trusts Sion on a level that's a lot deeper than a lot of people he knows in Aather and that means a lot to him. Being with Sion is a place where Oz can feel comfortable and like he belongs. This is something that is kind of critically important to him especially because Oz felt a little bit uncomfortable around Gil at first in Aather and especially because it took him a while before he felt like he really fit in with his team. So as a result Oz loev Sion LIKE NOTHING ELSE and therefore he tops Sion on occasion and is just super dere all over the place for him.

You should tell me about Sakura and Sion in reply :'D

Sakura sort of adores Sion and he super important to her. He was just instantly so welcoming and then they went and did nice chores together and he is a great team mom-- she feels like Sion is the person she could go to for comfort or support or 'oh no please fix it and make it better ;A;' because he is mom. Going into Sword's heart and seeing Dauf brutally murder/torturing Sion-look-alike really solidified that in Sakura, where she now feels really super protective of Sion, as well as him being the parent-figure.

What does Oz think of the rest of Ruby?

RUBY AS A WHOLE IS JUST. Complex. '-' Oz really does love his team as family, but not necessary as a place where he feels he belongs, except for in some cases. Mostly, Ruby as a whole is a group that Oz feels responsible to. He wants to be there for them when they need support and wants to do whatever he can to help them emotionally and physically.

Now down to individual members, his Ruby ranking is sort of like . . . Yukio >>> Dera > CC > Luke > Mika >>>>>>>> Acedia Yukio is the most important to him because Yukio's really pushed Oz to not fall back on his own personal barriers and is someone who's always there with Oz when he takes his memories which means Yukio gets Oz when he's coping and is able to support him in those times. So as a result Oz cares for and trusts Yukio SO MUCH. Dera is the next closest for several reasons, one of which is that Oz links Dera really closely which how he values Ruby as a whole. But moreso than that, Oz does feel like he's done a lot of bad things to Dera in the past so he feels a need to make up for it. He also recognizes that Dera, like all of Ruby, has had a really tough time of it in his memories and wants to be there to support him whenever possible. CC is next because Oz just clicked really well with her and in general feels super comfortable around her in both casual and more serious discussions. Luke comes next because while Oz has a lot of genuine concern for Luke, he feels like Luke isn't quite willing/ready to open up to him regarding what's going on, so he's still trying to give Luke some distance while being available. Mika's further down not because Oz doesn't like him but just because Mika seems a lot more... low maintenance. Mika is dumb and bounces quickly, and Oz feels super comfortable in dealing wit him but also hasn't really had as much of a chance to click with him as he had with Yukio and CC, and also doesn't see as much of a need to be there for Mike like with Luke and Dera.

And Mukuro is at the bottom because he's Mukuro.

How's Sakura doing with Turquoise?

She is sort of slowly getting to know them all better, but they had a lot of like... flashbonding her first dawn and it's only gotten worse (better?) from there. They are totally her family and she would do anything to make them happy. They make her feel comfortable and alternately bring out her playful and protective sides. This can backfire when it's inwardly directed, though-- in the green knight's game Echo was upset because she doesn't see the team as anything particularly special-- and so Sakura was in the position of trying to defend turq against one of its own members, and that made her really unhappy. In general though, she adores all of turquoise.
