Rolo definitely has an emotional attachment to Sakura! Which is a strange way to put it, I know, but bbbasically with Rolo that's kind of a big deal because he doesn't generally attach / has severe problems identifying people as, well, 'people' in his emotional sphere, so saying "he likes her" isn't exactly touching on it properly for him. He thinks she's sweet and cute and kind of reckless and varies between being smart and not having a lot of sense, so it's sort of a combination of "fond" and "frustration" towards her, but her reaching out to him after the Echo Incident wormed a fishhook into his heart. Generally, "Turquoise" as a unit is a real structure to him, but the individuals on Turquoise may or may not be "real people" based on how they interact with him (which may or may not be positive, idly, but that's neither here or there). UHH basically I guess it might be accurate to say that her bonding with him made him possessive of her. That's why he followed her around a bit in the recent post, and if she starts getting into things she's Not Okay with he might step in. (He WON'T jump in if she's doing things willingly and straightforwardly, though -- why would she? She's obviously okay getting injured for things like that.) He finds it hard to predict her behavior but finds her intentions to be in line with his own, which means he doesn't worry about having to deal with her or anything.

TL;DR: She's cute but frustrating and he actually cares about her a touch, albeit in a creepy slightly possessive way.
