Snake...doesn't care about the games. His favorite has probably been the ball game where everyone got dressed up and had to do tasks, just because there was a lot of tasty food and he got to flirt with Shion.

If Onyx counts as a team, then Onyx is her favorite. She has so many Onyx Knights who are important to her. If not...Emerald, probably? Just because it has the highest concentration of people she's friends with on it.
