Clue and Romance is a thing that just isn't going to happen anytime soon, most likely. He's pretty much uninterested in pursuing a steady, monogamous relationship with anyone. Which isn't to say that he has no non-platonic feelings, but well— one of them's Booked, and the other has a boyfriend he actually likes and respects enough not to try to still "his" girl. Quite frankly, there's less than 5% chance he'd try anything of that nature even if those weren't obstacles… he has too many issues to put himself out there and risk rejection. And on the off-chance that he DIDN'T get rejected, he would likely freak out and be unable too handle his feelings actually getting reciprocated (forever the bridesmaid, sob).

As for casual sex, he's far more likely to be into that… but he's actually not seeking it out at the moment. If an opportunity came up, he'd be into it, but it's not actually on his list of priorities right now… Not that this will stop him from any inappropriate flirting when the ocassion arises. They're enjoyable pursuits and he WANTS them, but… idk, he's just in an off-kilter mindframe, and he doesn't feel like aggressively going for it.

On the note of Acedia, he's more disappointed in losing the easy high than the sex part… Although the sex part was still pretty awesome to have. '-' He had developed a minor dependence/addiction with regards to his relationship with Acedia, and dammit, now he has to go quest for harder drugs. This sucks. ._.

He's not really looking forward to it at all, but kind of wants to get it over with, too. He knows it needs to happen for a lot of reasons, now it's just a matter of getting the whole team around so they can discuss things.

What skill are you most looking forward to Lightning getting back?

Sakura~~~~ is adorable. She's pretty skillful and really kind of impressive. He doesn't know her very well, but everything he's seen of her speaks very well of her personally and she's been really friendly when they have talked even after Vincent. If he ever finds out she'd dating Neji, he will think it's adorable and approve whole heartedly.

Lightning is... quiet but not unpleasant to be around. Too much time spent with ninjas for it to bother him too much. He enjoyed talking to her quite a bit and really enjoyed playing with her hair. He's rather glad that she's not waiting to get her skills back too. It speaks highly of her in his mind. :3c At some point he will realize she looks familiar due to Zack memories :D;;; but right now she's just someone he enjoys talking to.

What does Sakura think of the new teams?

I actually need to think a bit more about his skill registry, since he doesn't have all that many right now, so I need to think these over a bit! I put general knowledge of martial arts in priority so that's likely the next he'll learn, but other skills that are coming are handling various types of grenades, making small signals and super basic first aid skills. ALSO XINGESE! Handling grenades is the one I'm most excited about to be honest, because while it's things Ling won't use unless he has no other way/better plan, I think it'll be cool to play how he can combine Martial Arts/Sword fighting with explosives. So yes!! That would be it!!

Aside from people that are in Aather, who does Sakura miss the most (that she remembers)?

but I think I am looking forward to her ravager skills, especially depending on what memories she has at the time because like... in general I like to play person-specific amnesia in the who-am-I sense and not the world-base amnesia of how-do-fish-work sense, and so Lightning will know things like gravity exists and water isn't breathable and the sky is blue and people can't use magic.

How is Itachi feeling re: Sasuke at the moment?

okay saddest sad thing but with Turq's current win rate she doesn't have enough repeating memories of people to really miss anyone '-' m...maybe Tsunade? She's come up in several, she probably misses her.

But like... combining the not insignificant aather cast with her lack of memories is like...yes it's very sad.

So I hear we are getting a Greed. Do you have any expectations/things you are really looking forward to getting to play about that particular cast mate? |D

He is super worried about him and also has like and overabundance of affection for him because he's been getting a lot of adorable childhood memories lately. And those tend to make him feel guilty because holy shit did he ruin everything or what, but also they fill him with lots of affection and generally make him more prone to fussing over Sasuke even on good days. So the fact that Sasuke has been having a lot of bad days lately means Itachi is extra fussy.

Also Sasuke's reaction to that memory actually kind of scared Itachi, in a way, or at least filled him with anxiety because he's honestly at a bit of a loss of how to navigate Sasuke's new levels of self-hatred. From what he can tell at this point, Sasuke more or less refuses to let himself be comforted and Itachi ends up feeling shut out in spite of being needed because Sasuke can't articulate how he feels. So they both end up frustrated and upset and Itachi gets angry at himself for failing at his brother and blames himself for the communication failure. FEELINGS ARE HARD.

What frustrates Lightning the most about Aather so far?

Uhh... probably most frustrating to her is the idea that she's just supposed to accept all of this. Like oh okay yeah any of this makes any sense and I will just go along willingly?????? She doesn't understand why people are so chill with this. On a small personal level she is still frustrated about not remembering Serah, but that will change as soon as she takes her memories since that one memory is basically just serah serah serah serah speaking of cute sibling memories serah.

She only met part of Jasper -- Erika was...out...and the rest hadn't shown up yet. So she know Mitsuki (friendly!), Tsuukihiko (weird, but friendly!) and Jay (quiet, but friendly!) so... she thinks Jasper is a nice team. They remind her a bit of her quieter teammates in ways...

Heliodor... well she likes most of Heliodor. Even Fuck. She is not very fond of Tsuurume. Pretty crabby about her honestly. But. Would be willing to at least try and not make 8| face at her. BUT THE REST OF HELIODOR IS NICE PEOPLE???

As a general impression she is worried about it, because if we need two new teams, we must really be sucking at defeating the darkness.

okay gosh let's see it's been like a month and a half since I did one of these which is like seven months in ~~dog~~ Sasuke and Sakura months ssssso....

WELL SHE WAS VERY HAPPY that they were learning a thing together. That was pretty much... the most awesome thing that was ever awesome. Also she was just... really proud of Sasuke. I mean of course Sasuke is good at everything, but medicnin stuff is hard! It also made her feel good because she felt...useful? And competent. Even without her own skill, she could instruct.

Right now she's just kind of like

though she is taking this less hard than other times he has been upset? She's certainly taking it less hard than the Sasuke-loses-his-memories thing. She kind of accepts that it's probably not about her specifically as it is about Sasuke and his Sasuke feels. She is still determined to be his friend, possibly in a more active and targeted way than before; she's been kind of passive about it in the past, on occasion, because Sasuke has allowed her to basically do as she will regarding him. But if he's going to be really determined about her staying away, then she will likewise have to be determined 8|

Lightning found Sasuke to be the least-annoying of the Knights so far. I mean, she appreciates the ones who give her info and such, but she is really sore over them being Knights (which is a word that means something!!!) but not being security/law enforcement/...knights. That bugs her way more than I thought it would. But Sasuke was not currently engaged in being silly or strange or bizarre or overly-casual or any of the other zillion things that have annoyed Lightning over the past few days, so that's a bonus. He was also suitably cranky about their situation for her tastes. Finally, somebody else who is willing to agree that this is incredibly stupid, wonderful. And he gave her a sword, and a knife, for free, when she had had the quest system kind of harped over. That confuses her a lot! I mean, she's thankful in a way she wouldn't ever mention unless their relationship were very different one day far in the future but it's still confusing and awkward and weird. But fine whatever.

Also he's Stealth's little brother. She is already primed to give bonus points for younger siblings. >->;;;

Saying she likes him is probably a bit much, but him being nearby would not make her cranky. That's kind of the best she can do at the moment.

...Probably Sakura would remind Lightning too much of Snow, and so therefore wouldn't like her. It IS one of the reasons why I didn't app Snow, as my initial plan; they are entirely too similar. Eventually Lightning might be able to appreciate that, but not for a while.

Sakura would likely not like Lightning much; she'd be cranky and judgy and she seems to dislike most of the people Sakura really cares about, gosh.

not really a question but once Lightning takes her memories maybe she and Itachi can cook together. Cooking will likely be Lightning's calm-down activity, since it will be so strongly rooted in Serah memories. I mean... she'll have to come around a little more on teaminess, but. Sakura likes Rose! She seems super cheerful and curious, and friendly and aww aww she was showing her how to do a thing! Sakura loves being shown how to do a thing!

She doesn't know much about Peridot, actually, but the few bits she does makes her think she probably fits in okay! She still feels bad that Rose showed up right in the middle of the cohab game, but she adapted really well, so! Good for her, she's clearly strong and stuff.

Well. Not the ones like Cheshire and Jabberwock, clearly. But.

Itachi would be okay with that. He is generally pretty chill with people hanging around while he cooks or helping him. He and Sasuke cook together too (or Sasuke cooks and Itachi helps here and there) so he can sympathize with how Lightning views cooking if she were to tell him or something. He would probably be willing to cook whatever suited her tastes, though he'd be tempted to try to get her to make dango :B But he wouldn't push it if she didn't like it.
